OK, this time for real

I find that I am the type of person who must subconciously enjoy "paralysis by analyis," or else why would I engage in it so frequently and predictably? Perhaps it's my perfectionist streak.

At any rate, this is one software engineer who will say "ENOUGH!" Time to get down to the actual execution of the vision, even an incomplete and improperly documented vision.

Today's task: get the VS.NET projects / solutions set up properly, checked in to Vault, and set up Draco.NET to do continuous integration builds properly.
